Now used as rectory, this building was the original school, suffering from major roof leaks, and rising damp.

While repairing roof we also managed to bird proof all the eaves and chimneys.

Cracking showing on external wall.

Removal of render clearly shows poor repair methods used thirty years ago.

We are under-going ground stabilization before we commence the proper repairs.
